📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)

We aim to deliver your items promptly. Estimated shipping times (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3–5 business days
  • Tracked / Signed Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 business days
  • Express / Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00pm)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to courier delays beyond our control.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🛡️ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount — check our website for promotions.

🔒 Tracking Your Order

  • All tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.

⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

  • Luna Nova Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once the courier confirms delivery.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local post office first.
  • For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged parcel and item.
